As a Medical Assistant/Receptionist, you will play an essential role in supporting our psychiatric providers, coordinating patient care, managing daily office operations, and ensuring every client receives a warm, welcoming, and professional experience. What You'll Do Prepare and pend prescription refill requests for provider reviewCoordinate medical record requests while maintaining confidentialityGreet clients and create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impressionSchedule appointments and assist with provider calendarsAnswer phones and respond to patient inquiriesTrack forms, referrals, and administrative workflows to ensure timely completionSupport day-to-day office operations and help maintain efficient clinic flowCollaborate with providers and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
