Compass of Hope is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team with a primary focus on psychological and neuropsychological testing and assessment. Compass of Hope is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout New Hampshire. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychologists, therapists, psychiatric providers, and support staff working collaboratively to provide comprehensive mental health care. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and wants to focus on providing high-quality evaluations while being supported by an established clinical and administrative team.We are looking for a psychologist who is passionate about helping clients and families gain clarity, better understand their needs, and access appropriate treatment and supports through comprehensive psychological assessment. What You'll Do As a psychologist with Compass of Hope, your primary responsibilities will include: Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluationsComplete clinical and diagnostic interviewsAdminister, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological testing measuresAssess presenting concerns such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning and cognitive concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and diagnostic complexity, as clinically appropriateIntegrate testing results, clinical history, behavioral observations, and collateral informationPrepare clear, thorough, and clinically useful psychological assessment reportsProvide feedback sessions to clients and/or caregiversDevelop individualized diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendationsCollaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, schools, primary care providers, and other professionals when appropriateMaintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentationPractice in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
