Description:
Applied Research Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join ARA’s Algorithm, Modeling & Assessments division in Nashua, NH office. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative processes, supporting a multidisciplinary team. The qualified candidate will have 2-3 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant. AMA’s Administrative Assistant will provide support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative support tasks in support of a multidisciplinary team. This is a part-time position (30 hours a week), which requires to be on site, and does not allow for remote or hybrid schedule.
