Journeyman Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, and After-Action Reporting/Lessons Learned

Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS& T) is seeking an Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, and After-Action Reporting/Lessons Learned Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Exercises, Training, and Assessment Directorate (J7). This position provides on-site analysis, evaluation, assessment, after-action reporting, and lessons learned support for USSTRATCOM joint exercises, training events, wargames, and directed real-world events. The selected candidate will collect and analyze event data and observations, facilitate after-action reviews and hotwashes, develop actionable issues and validated lessons learned, and support issue tracking, resolution, and senior-leader reporting. This is the five-year experience FTE within the two-person Analysis, Evaluation, Assessment, and After-Action Reporting/Lessons Learned SME requirement. Security Clearance Requirements This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.
