The Maintenance Mechanic entry-level, full-time position designed to support the maintenance team through basic preventive maintenance, safety activities, and supervised repair support. This role provides structured, hands-on development for individuals interested in building a career in industrial maintenance while contributing to safe and reliable manufacturing operations.

Sh This is a 3rd shift position. Sunday - Thursday 10: 00 p.m. to 6: 30 a.m.

What You Will Do

• Support maintenance technicians during Major Repair or Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Perform entry-level preventive maintenance (PM) tasks such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic component replacement under direction.
• Assist with equipment breakdown response by preparing tools, parts, documentation, and observing troubleshooting activities.
• Respond to internal customer concerns and work requests with guidance from maintenance leads or senior technicians.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation, including PM records and work orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness and ability to work 3rd shift on a consistent basis
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical safety fundamentals, or pneumatic concepts

What Will Put You Ahead

• Enrollment in or completion of a technical, mechanical, or electrical program.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environments.
