Learn more about us at https: //www.rentcip.com/careers - Full Job description below - Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provides exceptional service to our residents by completing work orders in a timely and proficient mannerMay be responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive and emergency maintenance, including snow removalEngages in ground maintenance activities such as parking lot maintenance, exterior building maintenance, snow removal, lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, landscaping, removing/spraying weeds, and raking/disposing of lawn refuseMay engage in painting, carpentry, and flooring repairResponsible for pool maintenance and cleaning which may include the use of a pressure washer with acidAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environmentAbsorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, State Tenant Landlord Act, and the Federal and State Safety Regulations What you need for success: Experience preferred in general maintenancePunctual and regular attendance is an essential function of this roleMust have ability to be on call for emergency situations, including snow removalSafely and legally operate an automobile and golf cartAbility to use hand tools, power tools, power washer, snow blowers, trucks and/or tractors with snow blades, ladders, riding lawn mowers and liftsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to interpret and retain a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and electronic form.Current drivers license with minimal violations is required.
