Assembly Operator

This position is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, soldering and packaging electronic and mechanical components in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. The role involves identifying and reporting defects, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality systems while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to assist in other production areas as needed. Good hand dexterity for handling small components. Ability to read written work instructions and visual aids including drawings, photographs, sample parts, etc. Ability to comprehend spoken instructions from supervisor or lead. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to visually inspect small parts to ensure product is made to specifications. Should have 20/20 vision with or without correction. Experience in a manufacturing or manual assembly environment a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THIS POSITION: Climate controlled work environment. Use of hand tools, power tools or special equipment. May be required to work on your feet for 10 12 hours. Need to be able to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation. Overtime occasionally required on employees day(s) off.
