Baker's, a division of Kroger Co. is hiring a FAC ENG-MAINT/MECH-LEAD REFRG-OMAHA, NE in Omaha, NE. This is a full-time position.
Oversees service calls for assigned stores for specified zone. - Refrigeration and Energy management experience.
- Prior experience in the maintenance field or appropriate school training.
- Work with team of techs to develop store maintenance schedule for assigned stores.
- Assist the team with diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding refrigeration and mechanical parts.
- Knowledgeable about the industry and can coach a tech through a repair.
- Maintain and controls inventory for truck stock.
- Maintain sanitation of work areas as prescribed by established standards.
- Supervise and coach direct reports on the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
