Available 24/7 to meet customer needs, you'll work hands-on with advanced technology while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities- Client Interface & Service Delivery: Act as the primary point of contact at well sites, managing service assignments and coordinating Weatherford personnel to ensure superior service quality and client satisfaction
- Operations Management: Participate in daily safety meetings and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), perform job planning and preparation, execute mobilization, and submit all required documentation including job reports, service tickets, and WPTS data entry
- Technical Expertise: Test, operate, and maintain tools and equipment according to work instructions; perform engineering checks, hand calculations, and software computations; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintain equipment and facilities in safe, presentable conditions; effectively manage inventory and supplies at well sites; follow up on equipment failures with R& M teams and contribute to Root Cause Analysis reports
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental protection; comply with all company policies, Management Systems, and industry regulations; never compromise employee or community safety
- Leadership & Mentorship: Senior roles will oversee, lead, and mentor junior field crew members; act as technical advisors to management; interpret data for client representatives to optimize services
- Quality Assurance: Maintain service quality as an immediate priority; perform Quality Control Analysis to ensure products meet required standards; seek continual improvement opportunities
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders; develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Availability: Respond to customer needs on a 24-hour call basis as required
Skills / Education- High School Diploma
- 1 - 2½ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School
- Technical Knowledge: Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics; basic Physics and Chemistry; computer fundamentals
- Analytical Skills: Critical thinking, complex problem solving, active learning and listening; mathematical reasoning; Quality Control Analysis
- Professional Skills: Strong reading and writing abilities; excellent judgment and decision-making aligned with policies and procedures; effective time management; service orientation
- Operational Abilities: Information and task ordering; ability to identify potential problems and understand solutions; effective reaction in operating tools and machinery; spatial visualization for assembly, repair, and modifications
- Physical Requirements: Physically capable of undertaking the tasks required to perform the role
- 50-75% domestic and potentially international travel
