Job Description:

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital.You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday thru Friday; mobiles; occasional weekends.

Including 8-10 overnight stays per month ( Vitalant covers all travel arrangements-including hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals).

The position starts with ten weeks of mandatory Paid Training.

Start Date: 4/13/2026

Training Information:

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required

Monday through Friday 7am-5: 30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.

As a Phlebotomist, you'll get to

Perform blood draws (paid training provided).

High School Diploma or GED - Required

Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required

Ability to travel as required

Able to lift 40 pounds - Required
