The Opportunity

You will serve as a core field mechanic installing, maintaining, and repairing climate control systems across diverse regional client sites. This position offers high job security, extensive technical field exposure, and travel opportunities while working with a supportive and established industry leader.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Install new HVAC units, custom ductwork, and digital thermostats in residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Perform complete routine system maintenance to optimize equipment performance and extend system lifespan.
• Inspect and troubleshoot operational failures on existing HVAC equipment to identify rapid root-cause solutions.
• Replace worn or malfunctioning components to restore full HVAC heating and cooling capacity.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory tracking and initiate inventory orders to keep field service calls fully supplied.
• Ensure strict compliance with all local codes, industry regulations, and company safety standards.
• Communicate directly with residential and commercial customers to explain system issues and recommendations clearly.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid HVAC License (Journeyman HVAC, Master HVAC, or Apprentice HVAC).
• Strong mechanical aptitudes and proven hands-on experience using power tools, hand tools, and testing devices.
• Ability to evaluate systems using pressure gauges, thermometers, and specialized HVAC diagnostics.
• Capacity to interpret mechanical blueprints, system schematics, and manufacturer repair manuals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for client-facing field interactions.
• Willingness to spend approximately 90% of working hours traveling to various field project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of related HVAC installation, repair, and troubleshooting experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience managing unit inventory and field parts ordering.
