• Support brand integration efforts across acquisitions, service expansions, and enterprise initiatives.
Communications Planning & Execution
• Develop integrated communications plans that align internal and external messaging with strategic business priorities.
• Collaborate with team members on corporate communications calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, announcements, leadership messaging, and key initiatives.
• Lead external communications efforts including press strategy (media outreach, press releases), thought leadership positioning, executive visibility, and reputation management.
Content Strategy & Oversight
• Guide and evaluate the development of content across formats including web, social, press materials, internal communications, and campaign assets.
• Partner with digital marketing to ensure messaging consistency across demand generation efforts and online channels.
• Support social media strategy, ensuring platforms support brand visibility, thought leadership, and employer brand objectives.
• Establish editorial priorities that reflect target verticals, service offerings, and key audience segments.
• Ensure all content aligns with defined messaging frameworks and supports broader brand positioning.
Agency & Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, including creative/media agency and branched merchandise partner.
• Define scopes of work, evaluate partner performance, and ensure deliverables align with brand standards and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner output meets quality, timeline, and strategic expectations.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy initiatives, developing messaging architecture, and creating structured communications plans.
• Experience managing external agencies and evaluating performance against strategic objectives.
• Strong understanding of public relations strategy, internal communications planning, and social media governance.
• Experience working in complex, distributed, or multi-location organizations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
