Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Health Coaches in Shelby, North Carolina to work at a parterning Home Health Or Hospice. As a national healthcare staffing agency, we're committed to connecting our healthcare professionals with the right opportunities wherever they want to work.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Health Coaching Certification
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 year of recent relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred
• Over 4 years of experience coaching clients one-on-one preferred

Health Coach Contract Details:

• $1, 740 - $1, 926 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• 40 hours per week
• Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
