We are seeking an experienced software engineering personnel manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing a diverse group of 10+ software engineers who are developing decision support tools and capabilities for the Department of Defense.
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong desire to manage and mentor a diverse group of staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping their direct reports navigate their careers and grow their skills as software engineers. Responsibilities include managing a group, establishing technical excellence, oversight, and leadership on projects.

Software Engineering Supervisor Position Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required depending on the candidate’s technical project role. Typical travel is 1 week every 3 months on average.
