Senior Specialist, Offer Category Management

We're hiring a Senior Specialist to own the commercialization and lifecycle management of our offers. If you thrive on building go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and positioning products for growth, this role is for you.

What will you do?

• Manage the full offer lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimization for market success
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies that align with customer requirements and business objectives
• Develop value propositions and messaging that clearly communicate offer benefits and drive differentiation
• Create pricing strategies that balance customer needs with profitability and competitive positioning

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117, 600 - USD 176, 400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
