Description:

Schneider Electric has a new opportunity for an HR Coordinator based in Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN.

The Human Resources Coordinator enables better, simpler, and faster HR execution by providing foundational operational support to HR Business Partners and HR Consultants across the employee lifecycle.

Grounded in mission-based ways of working, this role contributes to a people-centric, high-performing HR organization by maintaining strong data discipline, leveraging digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, and continuously improving HR processes to increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency-while delivering a positive employee and business experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides monthly & ad hoc reporting & analysis to HR and Business stakeholders
  • Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records through HRIS (TalentLink) tickets & mass updates on employment / job data updates, payroll changes, etc.
  • Support daily HR processes, administration and execution of HR campaigns & programs, audits, promotions, separations, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes through continuous improvement practices
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and digital workflows (e.g., reporting automation, ticketing efficiencies, document handling) to increase speed, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy
  • Partner with HR team members to document, optimize, and scale repeatable HR processes
  • Support adoption of new HR technologies, system enhancements, and digital capabilities by testing, documenting, and enabling effective execution
  • Assist HR team with PeopleLink (HR Service Center) escalation tickets
  • Maintain quality HR data
  • Partner on special projects
  • Support local employee engagement efforts, community outreach and employee communications
  • Manage purchase order process & invoicing, as needed
  • Support drug testing & background checks, as needed
  • Provide visa and relocation support to business


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Interest in or experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools
  • Comfort working in a continuous improvement and change-focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong business acumen with effective time and priority management skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfortable working with data and reports
  • Ability to learn new HRIS systems and digital tools quickly
