The Offer Manager - HMI will function as a commercial business leader of our HMI and iPC Edge Control offers including software through every aspect of its lifecycle in the US region. The position will work closely with the global business leaders, OEMs, Strategic Accounts, End Users, and Distributors for sales growth, including opportunities reviews, product launches, technology positioning and implementation of commercial programs. From roadmap definition, feature prioritization and external communication, this position will shape the future of the growth in the US. We are looking for an Offer Leader who is passionate about helping SE customers build and extend Digital Automation. Key Responsibilities: The Offer Manager will support the product management team with the following:
- Definition of the product strategy and tactics following the 4P's of Marketing elements for successfully positioning the products in the market
- Offer definition around its value, features, competition
- Pricing definition by devising the right pricing strategy
- Place definition to support the go to market strategy
- Promotional support of the product for sales and marketing communication
- Design and management of marketing content and sales enablement for delivery to sales, customers, and channels.
- Product launches and life cycle management
- Analyzing product profitability and sales success to ensure the health of the product offering according to business strategy.
- Competitive analysis
- Product demand forecast and inventory levels with sales and operations.
- Product availability and quality management.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Business degree is an asset but not required.
Experience - 5 years in Engineering, Marketing, or Sales in the Industrial Automation industry
- Domain knowledge of General Motion, Robotics, PLC's, and HMI applications is preferred.
- Competency in Networks, Gen AI, Edge AI, protocols, IIoT, cyber security, and software is highly desirable.
- Experience in launching products and collecting the voice of the customer is preferred
- Experience in the industrial automation industry, including edge control, human-machine interfaces, and integrated HMI PCs.
- Experience with modern marketing tactics preferred - social tools, CRM, marketing automation, campaign development.
