What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

Stir Up Smarter Processes:

• Learn the fundamentals of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies
• Support CI projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production flow
• Participate in kaizen events and identify opportunities for improvement on the plant floor
• Assist with time studies, process mapping, and data collection

Feed Your Appetite for Learning:

• Introduction to Continuous Improvement tools (5S, root‑cause analysis, visual management, etc.)
• Training on safety and quality systems
• Exposure to operational performance metrics and reporting
• Work side‑by‑side with CI specialists, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams

• Hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Opportunities to collaborate with seasoned professionals
