Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOBSchedules production, orders raw materials and deploys product between PBV plants and warehouses. Uses, updates and manages multiple software tools to perform functions. Completes inventory analysis and supply chain metrics. Orders and ships materials to from/to outside sources including other bottlers. Serves as support contact for warehouse personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES- Prepare efficient production schedules and deployment using multiple software tools to perform functions.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for contract purchase order fulfillment.
- Completes data analysis and required metrics
- Interfaces effectively with other business units and other cross-functional areas, including operations, marketing IT and sales.
- Monitors full goods inventories to ensure adequate supply at corporate and individual plant levels.
- Reviews and updates SAP Master Data as required.
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Economics, Logistics or related field or eight (8) years equivalent work experience with increasing levels of responsibility for data interpretation or analysis.
- Three (3) years operations management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory practices and principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to others in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work as a team member, work well under stress, and handle multiple priorities.
- Able to travel 10%.
- Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONSMental FunctionsDiversified and complex job requiring continuous and sustained mental effort and alertness or close work requiring constant visual attention.
Physical FunctionsConstantly (90%) required to sit. Occasionally (10%) required to stand and walk.
