Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Retail Service Execution Managerto join our team.

Retail Service Execution Manager Role Overview

The Retail Service Execution Manager contributes to Pepsi Bottling Ventures' success by supporting the execution of the planned selling strategy in the assigned retail account portfolio. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships that deliver against internal operating plans while successfully delivering against the customer's service expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess service performance, identify opportunities, and build relationships with retail leadership in accounts such as Walmart, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, and Lowes Foods.
  • Develop fact-based service plans using customer insights, historical performance trends, and in‑store observations.
  • Partner with field retail teams to communicate priorities, resolve service issues, and ensure consistent execution of weekly period priorities.
  • Own GlobalWorx reporting and analysis, including communication of insights and action steps to field teams.
  • Lead weekly Walmart First-Time Pick‑Rate analysis and drive improvements in order fulfillment.
  • Maintain execution scorecards, audit CDA/ASP compliance, and track innovation and new product launches.
  • Support Key Account Managers by providing service updates, identifying risks, and contributing to space and merchandising planning.
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries, partnering with Sales Operations to develop corrective action plans.
  • Identify hotspots and emerging trends using customer portal data and internal reporting tools.
  • Other duties as assigned to support overall objectives.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or two (2) to four (4) years of selling and/or sales operations or customer service experience required.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of selling and/or sales operations or customer service experience required.
  • Ability to drive results through others by using strong influence and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to customers in both written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
