RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES- Responsible for the strategy and execution of new product sales, marketing, and supply chain initiatives to ensure expansion in PBV and other markets.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or ten (10) years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Understanding of brand marketing and sales.
- Knowledge of PBV's customer and retailer pricing.
- Sense of PBV's Distributor and Retailer P& L.
- Understanding of Foodservice DSD and warehouse sales and marketing processes.
- Knowledge of Retail DSD and warehouse sales and marketing processes.
- Understanding of DSD and warehouse supply chain.
- Understanding of brand development functions including Finance, Legal, Production, Concentrate Sourcing, Sales Operations and Equipment Fulfillment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to persuade internal PBV personnel, and external C-Level executives for customers and retailers.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong financial acuity.
- Valid N.C. driver's license.
- Must be able to travel 50% by plane or by car.
- Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Physical FunctionsConstantly (67%-100%) required to sit. Must occasionally (0%-33%) walk, climb, stand, and lift less than 40 pounds.
EQUIPMENT USEDComputer and related software, vehicle, and general office equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITESSupervises small group, section, area, or unit, seldom over 5 persons.
LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
