Role Impact & Growth PathThis role is designed to develop future leaders in our organization. It serves as an introduction to full-service Food Service sales and brand execution, preparing candidates for roles such as FSR.

- An Eye for Opportunity - Identifying gaps, missing SKUs, or underperforming placements and bringing forward solutions.
- Strong Follow-Up - Closing the loop with internal teams and customers to ensure execution is completed and recapped.
- Organized Execution - Managing timelines, deadlines, sampling schedules, and event activations with structure and discipline.
- Strategic Thinking & Adaptability - Aligning your work with broader business goals and adjusting as campus needs evolve.
- Customer-Centered Collaboration - Understanding the needs of CRs, PSAMs, and foodservice clients, and becoming a reliable partner.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to build trust with both internal and external partners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Power BI, Salesforce, Seed, Excel, and QuickPick to drive decisions and reporting.
- Flexible, dependable, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude - willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
- Be flexible for nights and weekends, with the occasional overnight visit
- Be able to lift 50lbs and carry marketing equipment to locations
- Be able to work within the entire network of PBV C& U customers, with travel in the assigned area
- Valid driver's license required. Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
- Must be highly self-motivated, flexible and goal oriented.
