Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a BES Intern to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC.

BES Intern Role Overview

Join our team as a BES Intern, supporting warehouse process optimization, map layout designs, and maintain process documentation. Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and leadership to identify improvement opportunities and align with operational standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with documenting process layouts at Winston-Salem warehouse.
• Shadow warehouse associates to understand work content, task sequence, and pain points.
• Meet regularly with warehouse manager to align on objectives and priorities for layout and process improvements.
• Draft and maintain the warehouse layout in Visio or similar tools.
• Ensure all process and layout documents are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma a plus.
• Visio or Dynamic Process Mapping a plus.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and self motivated.
• Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

• $16-$21 an hour.
• Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
