RN Supervisor

Penick Village Inc. Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is seeking compassionate, professional and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring Full time 7am-3pm. Primary Responsibility: Must be a compassionate and professional RN Supervisor to carry out Penick Village's vision and goals of delivering the highest level of care in our facility. As the RN Supervisor, you will supervise residents care and assist the healthcare team with clinical oversight, quality assurance and performance improvement activities as needed. The RN Supervisor will have oversight for clinical staff to include RN's, LPN's, CNA's, Med Tech's and Med Aides in accordance with policies and procedures and state specific nurse practice acts. As part of an interdependent team of skilled and caring people, the RN Supervisor must act in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern Penick Village, to ensure that the highest quality of resident care and safety is maintained always.
