Responsibilities

• Utilize social media management strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
• Conduct cold calling to engage with prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts by identifying suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and facilitating their career development.
• Handle contract negotiations and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Participate in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions as needed.
• Utilize tools such as Taleo and Kronos for efficient management of staffing processes.
