LPN/ RN needed to provide individual care to an elementary male child at school on school days

Primary Duties are to Provide nursing care including ADL's, Administer medication, and Provide G-Tube Feeding

• Schedule: Weekday School Schedule; Off Thursdays
• Hours: 5: 45AM -3: 30PM; Overtime Opportunity
• Pay: Hourly- LPN $33 and RN $39
• Start of Care: Meet transportation at child's home

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years
• Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
• Must have current and unrestricted NC or Compact nursing license
• Must have G-Tube experience
• Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
