Nurses and More, Inc. is hiring a LPN/RN Individual Care at School (28204) in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time position.

LPN / RN - School Individual Care Nurse:

School Nurse (RN / LPN) – 1: 1 Pediatric Care (No Nights or Weekends!)

  • LPN Pay: $33.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8: 00 AM – 3: 00 PM (35 hours/week)

📋 What You Will Do
As a Dedicated School Nurse, you will accompany your student throughout his school day to ensure his safety, comfort, and academic success. Duties include:
  • G-Tube Feedings: Administer scheduled nutritional support.
  • Medication Administration: Give daily medications and nebulizer treatments.
  • Seizure Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye and provide proactive care.
  • Daily Support: Assist with toileting and overall physical comfort.
  • Digital Charting: Seamlessly document care on a provided tablet.
Requirements
  • License: Active LPN or RN license.
  • Experience: 1 year of LPN or RN experience within the last 3 years (RNs can also qualify with 1 year of past LPN experience within the last 3 years).
  • Certification: Current, hands-on CPR Certification (In-person or hybrid courses only; 100% online courses cannot be accepted).
  • Hiring Process: Willingness to complete standard online relias assessments.
