LPN / RN School Individual Care Nurse needed for female adolescent

• Pay: LPN: $33.50 / RN: $39.50 per hour; Overtime Opportunity available

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 6: 30A-4PM and 7: 30A-3: 30PM on rotating schedule

• Location: Ride transportation on rotating schedule at school and home

• Duties: Provide G-Tube Feeding and Monitor respiratory distress, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL's.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years
• Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
• Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
• Must have experience with G-Tube Feedings

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to students with disabilities, ensuring their health and safety.
• Administer medications and perform tube feeding as required.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic charting on tablet.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare teams to support student needs.
• Implement basic life support and CPR in emergencies.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive patient information.
