Description:

We are looking for an intern to support the sales team with materials and research, help develop and deliver training programs and assist with planning and executing large-scale company meetings and programs. This role offers hands-on experience in Meetings and Events, Sales Enablement, and Learning and Development, providing a great opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to develop and update materials and resources.
  • Support project(s) for the Director, NA Employee Experience

Learning and Development:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
  • Help create training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
  • Support project(s) for the Director, NA Employee Experience

Corporate Meetings and Event

Help with and support on-site Employee Experience Committee-sponsored events

Education

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

        • Program Length: 11-Week Program
        • Location: 6501 Six Forks Rd. Raleigh NC, 27615.
        • Schedule: Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office 2 days working from home.
        • This is a paid internship.
