Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.Obtain, review, and organize damage information.Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.Draft settlement calculations and agreements.Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.
