Financial Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Financial Analyst to support our acquisitions, development, and asset management teams. This role involves performing in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to evaluate real estate investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making. This role also maintains and supports database management for the accounting and financial analysis systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) for asset holdings. Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitive benchmarking for various property types (e.g., multifamily, commercial, industrial, retail). Assist in underwriting and maintaining accurate information for new and existing real estate investments, including rent rolls, operating statements, and lease analysis. Support the preparation of investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and return profiles for new acquisitions and existing assets and portfolios. Track asset performance and provide variance analysis on budget vs. actual results. Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, lenders, appraisers, and legal counsel during transaction due diligence. Monitor real estate trends, economic indicators, and capital market conditions.
