Convention Services Manager

A wonderful career position awaits at a very successful hotel! The Convention Services Manager for the Sheraton Greensboro/Joseph S. Koury Convention Center works directly with clients and meeting planners to coordinate and service conference, convention, corporate, and social groups with guest rooms, and/or catered functions. The position will guide and assist with menu selection, beverage selection, room configuration, and AV needs while up selling contracted food/beverage minimums, as well as associated activities and events. Will effectively communicate client/group needs to all hotel departments as they relate. The CSM is to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel profitability at all times while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. You will sell and service the dream!
