Senior AI Platform Engineer (Red Hat OCP & LLM Deployment)

We are seeking a seasoned AI Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), large language model (LLM) deployment, and GPU-based inferencing. The candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-scale AI platforms and ensuring reliable LLM endpoint deployment. We are seeking candidates with 6+ years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Deploy and maintain vLLM inferencing engines and GPU-backed LLM endpoints.
  • Work closely with leadership and AI engineering teams to design scalable AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize LLM performance, resource allocation, and model serving pipelines.
  • Understand and troubleshoot YAML deployment files, automating workflows with Python.
  • Lead incident resolution and provide advanced technical support for OCP and AI platform issues.

Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and container orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of LLM internals, inferencing architectures, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience working with GPUs, vLLM, and model-serving frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and YAML configuration management.
  • Ability to independently handle OCP platform issues and performance tuning.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience collaborating directly with executive teams.
