Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation through completion

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities

• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution

• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication plans

• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and stakeholder presentations

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in project and/or program management

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Technical Skills

• Jira / Confluence

• Smartsheet or Microsoft Project

• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-functional or technical environments

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies

• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans
