As a Middle Office Knowledge Management Adoption and Integration Leadwithin Commercial Banking, you will join a growing Global Practices organization that is focused on enabling core Middle Office functions build scalability and sustainability. You will oversee the integration and adoption of Knowledge Management services and resources into the Middle Office employee experience. In addition, you will help evaluate and identify areas of improvement and opportunities to continue to expand our service offering, and assist in the mobilization, prioritization and execution of key priorities. You will interface and collaborate with all levels and functions throughout the business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional leads to understand, document and clearly articulate key product and service offerings
  • Integrate Knowledge Management Tools into Middle Office processes, training, and technology; drive adoption and continuous feedback to tools and capabilities
  • Use data and feedback to identify and measure impact; act as an agent of change
  • Connect closely with the business to identify, understand, and map out emerging knowledge needs
  • Align cross-functional teams on key priorities; identify emerging risks and mobilize appropriate effort to mitigate
  • Assist the Practice Leadership team on execution of Strategic Priorities as needed
  • Build strong relationships with partners and Foster an environment of trust

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • College degree and / or 7+ years of financial experience
  • 3+ years experience building and implementing new services
  • 3+ years experience leading integration and adoption of tools
  • Proven experience using data to drive analysis and positive outcomes
  • Prior experience operating in and influencing in an matrixed environment
  • Strong executive communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to story tell and present to all audiences including senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, transformative work environment while driving results

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Process engineering experience is a plus


Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
