IntelliSource is seekinga skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our partner's dynamic team.

**Working onsite in Midland, NC - Monday-Friday**

Key Responsibilities:

• Create production-ready artwork files for internal and external print production across multiple media types, including aluminum and glass bottles.
• Manage and maintain native and generated files for all assigned projects. • Collaborate with the lead graphic engineer for guidance and project direction.
• Work closely with the production team to develop and manage production files and physical samples.
• Design technical documentation for customer site installations.
• Ensure all designs adhere to production, content, and branding guidelines.
• Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Maintain high organizational standards while juggling multiple projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of print and packaging design principles.
• Expertise in color theory, color management, and document/layout design.
• Hands-on involvement in the sampling process with the production team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes with minimal direction.
• Comfortable working within tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Attention to detail and strong critical thinking/troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with print production workflows and proofing approval processes.
• Strong typography knowledge and design fundamentals.
• Understanding of color management across media (RGB, CMYK, PMS, PMS Bridge).
• Ability to maintain organized files and naming conventions for efficient asset management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as an in-house or agency designer, preferably in packaging, print production, or marketing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds for handling samples, sample boxes, and collateral materials

Portfolio Requirements:

• Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work in packaging, print design, and marketing materials
