Description:

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including grooving pipe to internal specifications, safely operating a forklift to load and unload trucks, and accurately picking materials using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role also performs general warehouse duties to ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Groove pipe according to internal specifications and quality standards
  • Operate a forklift safely to load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
  • Pick, stage, and verify materials using WMS pick tickets
  • Inspect materials for accuracy, quality, and damage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA guidelines
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift operation experience required; certification a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and pick tickets
  • Basic computer or WMS experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Work Environment:
  • Warehouse setting
  • Exposure to forklifts, machinery, and industrial materials
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
