SummaryAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Vice President of FP& A - Flow Control Group providing visibility and analytics to KPIs, monthly/quarterly financials, and forecasts/budgets for all of Flow Control Group and signal Operating Group performance.
Key Responsibilities - Drive strategic planning, annual operating plan, and forecasting with functional partners and Operating Groups
- Deliver objective financial and operational focused insights to Executive Leadership, Operating Groups, and Brand leaders
- Prepare monthly/quarterly Board of Directors presentations
- Support various Corporate and leadership projects including build out of P& L and Net Working Capital key performance indicators
- Implement and facilitate various weekly and monthly routines, including buildout of OneStream, and reports as well as numerous aspects of monthly reporting process
- Prepare acquisition valuation models to support the annual audit
- Ad-hoc requests and act as a deep dive business partner with brands as needed
Required Education and ExperienceMust have strong communication skills, be a team player and coachable, and a self-starter. Exceptional at managing competing priorities. Ability to comfortably work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple projects for FCG's various brand companies.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Previous experience in FP& A, Commercial Finance, or Plant Finance
- Previous experience with a financial consolidation system (BPC, Hyperion, OneStream)
- Highly organized and proactive; ability to effectively work independently and good instincts when to escalate issues or questions
- Identifies root causes systematically and solutions issues with pragmatic ideas that non-Finance partners can consume effectively
- Collaborates well within a team environment
- Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English
