Summary The Head of IT Governance and Digital Transformation is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and overseeing enterprise-level governance structures across IT Project Delivery, Data Management, M& A Integration, and IT Financial Planning. This position drives operational excellence through standardized frameworks, including PMO methodologies, data governance protocols, and IT compliance practices. With a strategic focus on enabling business growth and transformation, the role ensures alignment of IT initiatives with organizational priorities, manages cross-functional teams, and delivers measurable outcomes through effective execution and oversight.
Responsibilities - Leader of leaders for IT Governance & Transformation, Data Sciences, and the IT Project Management Office (PMO), including Special projects including Mergers and Acquisition support. Planning and implementation of IT Governance processes and procedures incorporating management principles and KPI's to provide a measurable definition of execution on IT governance. Developing systems and processes across the IT department to support the effective management of the Governance function aligned to existing IT policies, procedures and processes.
- Implementation and execution of IT Project delivery function, supporting New Business Growth, Customer Roadmap and Enhancements, Internal Business Process Improvements, Internal Business Quick win or JDI initiatives as well as IT continuous improvements using the defined PMO methodology and associated toolset for organizational group consistency.
- Oversight of Data Transport & B2B integrations team, including managing data repositories, data transport management, and extract, translate, and load management.
- Oversight of Data Sciences team including Data Lake management and various data warehouses and effective usage of data governance principles and classification for Flow Control Group Operating Groups and Brands
- Lead team of leaders managing mergers and acquisition processes for IT, including pre & post-acquisition evaluation, playbook creation, and post-acquisition execution success. Responsible for evaluation of integration plans, value capture opportunities, implementation and success measurements of M& A for the IT department.
- Planning and implementation of internal IT Finance processes to support Monthly variance reporting, in-year forecasting and annual budget preparation working with all IT budget stakeholders. Work with Procurement teams to align IT contract expirations, and Technology spend consolidation and value capture opportunities.
- Co-ordination and communication of annual IT Fixed cost charge outs per site allocation rules determined by Finance together with all IT Capex refresh requirements and associated timing.
Experience - 15 years working in a multi-national enterprise environment. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience required including significant relationship management in dealings with internal & external customers.
- Senior leader experience in design and delivery of complex supply chain logistics required.
- Strong IT background required with broad exposure to IT solutions design and delivery of high end/high volume/complex solutions deployed on a continental / international basis.
- Experience and understanding of enterprise architecture and software systems relating to the provision of 3rd party logistics solutions and integration to Customer systems and local automation/leading edge technologies (AGV/Wearables/Conveyor/PLC driven systems).
- Leader Experience in the Region industry across multiple industries, including but not limited to supply chain delivery in fulfilment & warehousing, automotive, technology, industrial, consumer, retail, health care, high complexity manufacturing logistics.
