As aFamily Engagement Specialist, you'll partner with approximately 35 families to help them overcome barriers, build resilience, and create pathways toward long-term stability and school readiness. Every day, you'll advocate for children, connect families with life-changing resources, provide crisis support, and help parents become their child's first and most influential teacher. This is more than case management. It's relationship-building, advocacy, and community impact. What You'll Do Build meaningful partnerships with children and families through strengths-based case management.Connect families to housing, healthcare, employment, mental health, educational, and community resources.Support families during times of crisis while celebrating their successes.Conduct home visits and meet families where they areboth literally and figuratively.Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and community agencies to improve outcomes for children.Empower parents through coaching, education, workshops, and family goal planning.Help children arrive at school healthy, supported, and ready to learn.
