In this role, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to: Support engaging daily lessons and classroom activitiesPrepare learning centers, materials, and suppliesEncourage each childs learning, development, and positive behaviorBuild supportive relationships with children and familiesSupervise and participate in classroom, playground, and gross-motor activitiesHelp maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized learning environmentParticipate in training, staff meetings, home visits, and parent-teacher conferences
