We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Reidsville, NC. This position oversees Shipping and Receiving operations, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound documentation, payroll, quality improvement initiatives, and resolving off-spec issues.

The role is primarily outdoors and requires strong people-management and problem-solving skills. Key duties include addressing inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and both physical and system-related inventory variances while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Shift: 1st 7am-5pm

Pay: $65K-$85K DOE
