Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production and facility equipment. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to support our business objectives in a safe and productive environment.

What you will do:

• Install, maintain, and repair production machines and facility equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Use tools, meters, and material handling equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
• Read equipment manuals and follow work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and PLC programming.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
