We are seeking a Manager, Network Operations Center to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Network Operations team. The team provides command and control for our 44, 000+ US communication sites. The Command-and-Control experience includes site level activities such as site access, standard of care, and safety matters. Day to day you will manage Network Operations Center (“NOC”) protocols associated with incident management across a wide variety of situations including severe weather events, fires, and injuries.

As a Network Operations Center Manager, you will own the operational activities needed to operate a 24/7/365 NOC Call Center environment and manage the Incident/Crisis Management business processes. You will drive successful engagement with callers by leading call center operations to quickly and effectively ensure the customer experience is successful, positive, and consistent. Your teams will initiate documented processes and facilitate communications for working teams and executive leadership while managing real time Incident/Crisis events.
