Fleet Manager to join our team in
Birmingham, AL. In this role, you'll work closely with the Global Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process, including warranty repairs and damage recovery. You'll also collaborate with Altec Service and Chassis OEMs to manage fleet operations and provide strategic leadership to the Global Fleet Team.

Major Responsibilities: - Oversee annual license renewal by working primarily with state of Indiana or other states units are registered in.
- Manage incoming and outgoing title registration for the fleet.
- Oversee repair maintenance and transportation total spend.
- Manage relationship with Repair Central.
- Oversee staffing operations, including scheduling and hiring, to ensure adequate coverage. Set clear performance standards, hold associates accountable, and foster a culture of excellence in productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate insurance inquiries from outside insurance companies related to accidents involving Global units on rent.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required: - 4 year Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years experience Fleet Maintenance or related field required.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience is pre ferred .
- PC skills using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
