We're looking for a full-time Health Care Assistant (HCA) who brings heart, hustle, and a calm, welcoming presence to our team. What Your Days Will Look Like You'll wear a few different hats here, bridging the gap between front-desk warmth and direct clinical care: The Face of Compassion: Warmly welcome patients, gather medical histories, take accurate vitals, and serve as a reassuring guide throughout their visits. Clinical & Procedural Support: Set up exam rooms, assist our providers during procedures, conduct point-of-care lab tests (Urine HCG, hemoglobin), and offer thoughtful, trauma-informed support in post-procedure recovery. Keeping Things Seamless: Manage room turnover, sterilize instruments (autoclave magic!), restock clinical supplies, maintain top-tier infection control standards, and keep EMR records accurate and up-to-date. Who You Are Unapologetically Pro-Choice: You're deeply aligned with our mission, fiercely supportive of reproductive freedom, and dedicated to honoring every patient's dignity. Empathetic & Adaptable: You bring a calm, kind energy to dynamic situations and naturally excel at making others feel safe and supported. Ready to Learn & Grow: You hold a High School Diploma/GED and a current CPR/BLS certification (or you're ready to complete an employer-supported certification when you start). Flexible Schedule: Available for full-time on-site work in Charlotte, NC, including evening clinical shifts and Saturdays.
