Internship in HR Employee Experience Advisory with French language

Location & commitments:

• 6-month civil contract (Umowa Zlecenie) - 25h per week.

• Flexible working schedule.

• Office location: Warsaw (Konstruktorska 12)

Your IMPACT:

• Be first point of contact for Schneider's Electric employees when it comes to HR questions and issues regarding current campaigns.

• Communicate with employees (phone, chat, self-service) and process their requests in systems,

• Communicate with stakeholders, experts to solve queries,

• Research required information using available resources and business acumen to provide employee with the solution,

• Constantly learn and use new knowledge to delight customers,

• Identify improvement areas.

Your Profile:

• Student of psychology/sociology/MBA/management or related,

• Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams),

• Problem solving, pro-active attitude and innovation spirit,

• Passion about customer service,

• Team-working skills and drive to change personality.

Languages:

• Fluency in English

• Fluency in French

Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
