Senior Technical Specialist

We' re looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to join our dynamic RCSC (Regional Customer Support Center) department. If you are a problem-solving expert with a knack for troubleshooting and a love for continuous learning, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The opportunity:
Provide top-notch application, hardware, IT, and digital solutions support to customers and employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
Design and conduct training sessions for employees and clients, empowering them with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Identify and resolve complex issues, enhancing the quality and reliability of our products.
Play a key role in the distribution of critical information, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with the latest developments.
Engage in on-site service activities, aiding field-based technical support and sales personnel.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems, ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that satisfy and elevate their experience.
Who you are:
Experienced in identifying and troubleshooting complex issues with over 5 years in installations and customer support.
Educated in Technical IT with knowledge of IT@ WF and SWA systems.
Skilled in communication, ensuring effective client and colleague interactions.
Dedicated to professional growth and staying current with industry trends.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in documentation and tasks.
Strong collaborator, fostering a supportive team environment
Fluency in Polish (required) and English at C1 level; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
