The Position

Commercial Excellence Intern (CRM & Analytics)

Office Location: Warsaw (1-st month onsite, then hybrid 2/3 work model)

Internship: full-time (40h/weekly)

At Roche Diagnostics, our priority is to improve patients’ health and quality of life worldwide. We design and implement innovative solutions in key areas of diagnostics and therapy, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases.

If you are a student looking to gain practical experience in Salesforce CRM within a global healthcare company and want to grow your skills in the area of CRM, this opportunity is for you!

The Opportunity:

• Support in optimizing and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud to streamline sales processes.

• Administration of CRM data (managing leads, updating requests, removing duplicates, ensuring data quality).

• Development and maintenance of user-friendly reporting templates and dashboards to track KPIs, sales results, and market trends.

• Preparation of customized reports, PowerPoint presentations, and analytical insights for the Sales Team and Leadership.

• Participation in cross-functional initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Service, Customer Support) to improve CRM-related processes.

• Contribution to new CRM initiatives and ongoing improvements.

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Who you are:

• Student or graduate of a technical, business, or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Big Data, Quantitative Methods).

• Strong analytical and technical skills.

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.

• Fluency in Polish and English (international stakeholders).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and eager to learn.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or SAP will be considered an advantage.

• Previous internship or administrative experience (min. 6 months) is a plus.
