As a Junior Brand & Shopper Activation Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Kenvue's top OTC brands in Poland. Reporting directly to the Brand & Shopper Activation Lead, you'll be based in Warsaw and collaborate with various teams to develop and execute impactful brand strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with renowned brands and gain hands-on experience in brand activation and trade marketing within a dynamic and innovative environment.

This is a fixed-term role with 12-month contract.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the development and execution of annual strategic and operational plans.
  • Assist with the creation and activation of brand communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the long-term planning and development of new product initiatives (NPIs) within the category.
  • Collaborate with Global & Regional Marketing Teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
  • Help coordinate marketing projects across the region, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Lead consumer, shopper, and customer activation initiatives (both offline and online) for the assigned brand(s).
  • Manage trade marketing projects, including the preparation and omnichannel implementation of POS materials and digital assets.
  • Analyze market and brand performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor activity within the category and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with agencies (media houses, ATL & BTL advertising agencies, PR, etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including Sales, Demand Planning, and Business Intelligence.

What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Brand Activation / Trade Marketing role in the OTC or FMCG industry. Experience with the OTC Common Cold category is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with marketing agencies, including digital-focused initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P& L, ROI analysis).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High motivation, proactive attitude, and a passion for making an impact.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish is essential.
